Do I need to install anything?
No. LAUNDORA works in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Sign in and you're ready to go.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Add a login for each team member as an owner, manager or counter staff. Staff can take orders and payments, while reports and settings stay with the owner and managers.
How do I send invoices to customers?
Every order has an A4 PDF invoice. Share it on WhatsApp as a link or file, or email it straight from the app.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Once your business is approved, your free trial starts and you can use LAUNDORA straight away. No card is needed to sign up.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Your customers, orders and payments are never deleted when a subscription ends. Start again and everything is just as you left it.
